The gap I work in.
I'm a Fort Lauderdale native. I've spent years working across networks, devices, buildings, boats, lighting, cameras, automation, and documentation, and fixing the places where they collide.
DevOcean IT exists because most technical problems do not fit neatly into one trade. The electrician says it is IT. The IT guy says it is low voltage. The AV installer says it is the network. The smart-home app blames the device. Meanwhile, the client just wants the thing to work.
That is the gap I work in.
